IPSL welcomes MOPGA fellow Katsumasa Tanaka, a Make Our Planet Great Again (MOPGA) laureate for a 5 month visit (August-December 2018). Katsumasa Tanaka is from the National Institute for Environmental Studies in Japan. His research interest relates to optimal greenhouse gas emission trajectories to fulfill climate objectives, climate metrics, climate equity, among other topics.
