IPSL welcomes MOPGA fellow Katsumasa Tanaka, a Make Our Planet Great Again (MOPGA) laureate for a 5 month visit (August-December 2018). Katsumasa Tanaka is from the National Institute for Environmental Studies in Japan. His research interest relates to optimal greenhouse gas emission trajectories to fulfill climate objectives, climate metrics, climate equity, among other topics.

The IS-ENES3 project led by IPSL has been successful and is now invited for contract preparation by the H2020 research programme. The project is the third phase of the « Infrastructure for the European Network of Earth System Modelling ». The final report of the second phase is available here.
